Aamra Networks Limited (ATL) successfully completed its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 28th of December 2021, at 11:00 am via a virtual platform. A considerable number of shareholders participated in the event and spontaneously expressed their opinions, comments and raised queries on the financials.
Among the dignitaries were present respected Chairman of aamra companies, Syed Faruque Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO Syed Farhad Ahmed, Directors Syeda Munia Ahmed, and Fahmida Ahmed, Independent Director Mr. Md. Ariful Islam, Group Chief Financial Officer Md. Anamul Haque, Chief Financial Officer of the company Md. Zillur Rahman, Chief Operating Officer Khaled Ahamed Nur and Company Secretary Syed Moniruzzaman.
The meeting’s agendas were granted by exercising the shareholder’s voting rights. The shareholders approved a cash dividend of 5 % and stock dividend of 5% for the financial year ended 2020-21.
